Nowadays, over weight is a serious problem for some people. Many people
suffer from over weight. The main cause of this situation is life style of
human recently. A lot of activities at work force people to abandon their
health. People tend to work more and more to fulfill daily needs and also life
style. Therefore, they forget to keep up their health. If only they realize
that being healthy is the most important thing to enjoy the real life, they
would do the best to keep up it.
Busy day at work make people prefer to eat outside than make food at home. Eating
out is more practical and saving more time. Actually, eating out is not the
main problem, but the real problem is the food that you eat. People tend to
choose the food they like,for instance fatty foods, junk food, soda, ice cream,
etc. All of the food cause over weight if you eat them regularly, and then it
will lead you to serious problem of harmful disease, such as hearth attack,
kidney failure, high cholesterol.
Some people have realized about the the diseases that could be happened by over
weight problem. Therefore, they try many ways to loose their weight. Some of
them, do it extremely and cause other diseases, such as ulcer and dehydration. Even
though you want to lose your weight as soon as possible, you have to do it
wisely, and in some cases you have to consult with your doctor. The important
thing is not to lose your weight instantly but to make you stay healthy
although you are on diet program.
